How it works
Add events your way
Type it, say it on WhatsApp, or forward a school email. Poppins turns it into a calendar event automatically.
Everyone stays in sync
Updates appear for the whole family instantly, colour-coded by person so the week is clear at a glance.
Get nudged in time
Poppins reminds you before things happen, and even prompts the bits you'd forget, like kit and forms.
What you get
- No more double-bookings
- Colour-coded by family member
- Subscribe from Google or Apple Calendar, one way, so nothing gets overwritten
- Hand Poppins the school term dates and the whole term goes in at once, with INSET days flagged so cover gets sorted a week ahead
- Recurring events, school terms and activities
- Reminders by email and WhatsApp
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Google Calendar?
You can subscribe to your family's Poppins calendar from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or anything that speaks iCal, and the events appear there too. It's one-way on purpose: Poppins stays the source, so nothing you've written can be overwritten by another app.
Can everyone in the family see it?
Yes. The calendar is shared across your whole family, with unlimited members on every plan.
Can I add events by text?
Yes. Message Poppins on WhatsApp or SMS, or forward an email, and it adds the event for you.
Somebody should be keeping track
