A hundred recipes that know how old your children are
Cooking for a family means cooking for whoever is youngest at the table. Every recipe in Poppins carries what to change for the little ones - leave the sauce on the side, cut it into strips she can hold - and the amounts move with how many of you there actually are.

How it works
Plan the week in one press
Poppins picks a week that doesn't repeat itself and leads with what your children have actually liked before. Anything you never want to see again can be banished.
Cook for the number at the table
A recipe written for five becomes a recipe for four, rounded to something you would actually weigh. A tray of flapjacks stays a tray - halving a batch gives you a thin, sad tray.
Shop for it
One press turns a day or the whole week into a shopping list with the amounts added together and everything filed in the aisle you will walk past.
What you get
- 100 recipes, each with an age note for the youngest at the table
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack, with the empty slot showing itself in time to fill it
- Allergy and intolerance warnings flagged on the card before you cook
- Amounts scaled to your family, rounded to real measurements
- "Never suggest this again"
- The week becomes a shopping list, amounts merged
Frequently asked questions
What is an age note?
It's what to change about a recipe when one of the people eating it is very small: leave the chilli out of half, keep the sauce on the side, cut it into strips a toddler can hold. Every recipe in the book has one, and Poppins only mentions it when somebody at your table is actually young enough for it to matter.
Does it know about allergies?
Yes. Record what each child reacts to and Poppins matches it against the ingredients, flagging the recipe before you start cooking. It's matching on ingredient names, so it's a prompt to check the labels rather than a substitute for doing so.
Can I add our own recipes?
Yes, with ingredients, a method, how many it serves and your own note about what to change for little ones. Your recipes join the same pool the weekly plan draws from.
